Shipping
- All orders are shipped same day (if placed before 11am PST or 2pm EST) Monday-Friday with the shipping method chosen during checkout.
- You must enter your full shipping address to see the shipping rates and options!
- We offer both Canada Post and Fedex shipping options.
- A tracking number will be included in your order confirmation email. PLEASE NOTE: It might take 6-24 hours for your tracking to become active on the Canada Post or Fedex website.
- Once your order is received by the shipper CKS is not responsible for any delays the shipper might have. Canada Post has been known to sometimes experience short delays. All orders are guaranteed to arrive or will be reshipped.
Returns
- If there are any issues with your product you may return it wether it is opened or unopened for store credit of equal value within 30 days from the ship date. We will provide you with a shipping label that can be used to return/exchange the product on us!
